This work is part of Rainbow Herbicides, a series of drawings from which gush small multi-colored spurts of paint, and is an oxymoronic term that glosses over the herbicides’ deleterious effects, a work that turns the page on the misrepresentations of the past.
Thu Van Tran was born in 1979 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She lives and works in Paris.
